Head of Secretariat
Ms. Laura Boschi is Head of EUNIDA's Secretariat.
Before joining EUNIDA, Ms. Boschi was a Senior Development Specialist and Recruiter for an international development consulting firm, bidding for and managing donor-funded projects. Prior to this, she was based in Kiev for almost 4 years and worked for the EU Delegation in Ukraine.
Ms. Boschi's professional experience includes working as an independent consultant, for ECHO, at the European Parliament, and for an EU-funded Conflict Prevention project, where she was responsible for running the project’s Liaison Office in Brussels.
She is a Governing Member of ‘PHAP - Professionals in Humanitarian Assistance and Protection’, a professional association made up of and governed by professionals engaged in humanitarian action.
Ms. Boschi has a Masters degree in Development Studies. She is a native English speaker with advanced language skills in French, Italian and Polish, and with a fair understanding of Russian, Spanish and Ukrainian.

Network and Management Assistant
Ms. Caroline Przybylla is EUNIDA’s Network and Management Assistant.
Prior to joining EUNIDA, Ms Przybylla supported the work of an Indonesian NGO working in the field of microfinance and women’s empowerment. Before this, she worked as a Research Associate at the University of Nottingham’s Human Rights Law Centre, where she was responsible for the organisation and implementation of several capacity-building programmes on human rights as well as the coordination of research projects.
She holds a Masters degree in Public International Law. She is a native German speaker with advanced language skills in English and French and with a good understanding of Indonesian and Spanish.
